that in Japan if your car can drive faster than 180 KM/h that the cops really won't pull you over cause they cannot catch you? and i dont want Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift as a source.

yes, it is true because the cop cars in japan can only go so fast.

do the math.. how fast do you think 180 kph is?

(A little over 100 mph - .) You think the same people that build these cars in the first place can not make one that goes that fast.

More likely, just like in many american cities, any chase at that speed is terminated because of the risk of killing an innocent bystander.
