Every website I look at, you have to be over 25. I would like to suprise my husband on his Birthday (he will be 24) with a TVR to drive for the day as its his dream car. Cost is not an issue

Try the TVR members websites they could help here. He has good taste here i love TVR's, get him to check out TVR'S on youtube!!
Try Pistonheads website. Talk to the guys on there maybe?

sorry dude, I'm pretty sure you have to be 25. My husband tried renting a car when he was 24 and couldn't. They wouldn't budge on that (and we just wanted an economy car!)

I doubt it... unless u put the mother of all deposits down (ie tens of thousands) Might be able to get one on a track day type event, but not for driving on open roads.. best of luck !
