I am eighteen years old. I recieved my permit shortly before I turned 16, it expired shortly before I turned 17 without me getting my license. (I moved and did not need a license, so I let it lapse.) I now need to get my license, and I'm curious to know if I need to re-apply for a permit before I get my license. I'm living in Ohio right now, I know laws vary by state.

Any help is really appreciated, thanks guys!

Don't laugh at me... but seriously, I was wondering what the different Ds (shifts, gears?) in my car are for. And what's neutral for?

Lame question, I know... but since I've been driving for four years now it's about time I know, right?

I looked at a ford website and found the colors they had for the year of my car. The closest ones were teal and deep forest green. I know my car has the original paint because I have owned it since new. It has too much blue in it to be deep forest green, but it has too much green in it to be teal. What color is this? It is just a few shades lighter than deep forest green.

It also has this silver thing on the back window its suppost to be a butterfly but they could have taken that off. Please let me know if you have seen it and when and where. It was stolen from the Indianapolis area. Thanks

I was just wondering what excuse anyone might have, other than oil companies making huge profits, why gas prices are still so high considering we are having one of the warmest winters on record so far.

I've had my Isuzu Rodeo for 2 weeks and there's suuuch a difference from my old Toyota Corrolla. I've already had to refill the tank twice instead of going a full 2 weeks on one tank. What's the reason for this?!

I have to keep pressing on the reset button countless of times before it starts moving again...

Besides going to the automotive shop, how do I fix it myself?

I know it's a Camry already, but my mileage still isn't that great considering how much it's supposed to get. What can I do to save gas? Also, does coasting in neutral do anything?

I used to do this but can not remember the company i worked for in IOWA and in GEORGIA? The buses and campers are built in the U.S. and Canada. Then delivered to whoever bought them, schools, churches, etc. all across the states and into canada.

does anyone think its stupid the way our government has used our tax to get people on the public transport via a huge publicity campaign, and then proceeded to hike up the prices for it? its ridiculous, for example they introduce the congestion charge, so that more people will use our rubbish public transport, then for the third year running raise ticket prices, this is just unfair, it now costs less to use ur car in central london than it does to use public tranport

This would incourage people to drive fuel efficient vechicles and help our environment. The extra money should go towards protecting our environment. This way maybe our kids, kids can live to a ripe old age. All of this extra money should go to help the environment. What do you think?

In Quebec we have the strange situations at many traffic lights of, when at a red light there is no special lane for cars that are about to turn, when the light changes the cycle will first be to green arrow straight several seconds ahead BEFORE a green arrow turn, thus backing up traffic in a travel lane. Does anyone know if there is any other jurisdiction in the world with this idiocy?

I have read a lot of magazine articles about electric cars however I would like to hear from someone who actually owns one or has owned one in the past. Tell me about mainanence and the cost involved, the initial cost of the vehicle, problems, battery length, does the vehicle have any pick-up, how does it handle on the road, can it be driven in the winter, would you buy one again, local travel vs. longer 3 hour trips, what's the charging method like, what's the warrenty like? Are they expensive to maintain? Any downsides of ownership? Roominess inside? Safety? Would a passanger and two suitcases fit inside? I would like to hear about those tiny little ones that I seeing more and more on the road today and others. I would also appreciate hearing honest answers as I am very interested in purchasing one but do not personally know anyone who has owned one. Should I buy new or used? Please let me know what make/model that you own when you tell me about it.
Thank you for your time
