I hate those stupid things.
They always go off when my neighbor is gone, or at 2:00 in the morning. Usualy because a big truck or loud motorcycle went by.

Most of the time, if I hear one going off in a parking lot, I think to myself "Dumbass".
Not, "oh dear, someone is breaking into a car to steal it, I should run over there and see what the problem might be!"

I HATE THOSE STUPID THINGS!!!

We were thinking about getting a third car and heard that a 2001 Blazer is more likely to roll over than other cars. Is this true?

...or do vehicle drivers appear to be a lot less courteous these days???

Whenever possible, I like to take my time and allow other drivers to turn into roads or come out of road-ends... But I see other drivers just not caring about other users and just do their own thing...

Anyone else noticed this???

It scares the heck out of me when I'm driving. It only happens when it rains and the roads are wet and I have been in many different cars where this has never happen. I just bought a whole new set of tires 3 months ago. It even vibrates when I'm waiting at a stoplight and when I try to pull off it really vibrates hard and I really have to hold the steering wheel hard to keep control.

Whats is wrong with my car? Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me the actions to take if I get involved in an accident with another motorist? What details should I obtain from the other driver? What happens if he refuses to cooperate? Should the police be notified each time you have an accident? Is it necessary to have witnesses on each occasion? What happens if both drivers do not admit fault? Should you tell your insurance company immediately after an accident? What happens to the no claims bonus in the event of your car or the other driver's car being damaged?

Is there a website that I can go to in order to find out general information regarding involvement in accidents?

My friend and I are planning to on heading out to Seattle this summer, and we found out it would be cheaper to drive, but neither one of us has the newest automobile. Is there any cheap way of finding out if my van could make it there and back, or if it's going to die in the middle of Wyoming. Both of us have driven long distances before, and we are going to try and do it under 40 hours, so the car is going to be running almost non-stop.

I've driven a few different trucks over the past almost 5 years that I've had my CDL, I've driven a few Volvo's, Frieghtliners, Internationals, Kenworths, Peterbilts, Fords & GMC's.

Personally I like Peterbilts, Kenworths & Frieghtliners most.

I've driven International, and they are ok. Can't stand Volvo, I just never liked the way they ride.

Just curious to hear what you all think.

As every motorcyclist knows vehicles displace air as they travel, following behing large lorries motorcycles travel in still air allowing high speeds on small bikes on almost no throttle, therefore there must be considerable scope for saving fuel by following closely behind other vehicles, especially lorries yet the Government seem ntent on making vehicles travel about 100 yards apart. Surely saving CO2 emissions is more important than road safety in todays climate, and what damage can you do hitting something which was only 6 fet away when it braked
