Bronze nickel tin aluminum and even the plastic on the handle of keys would be not be good for babys mouths germs is just one thing chemicals are another. Buy a proper teething ring that can be kept clean.

Keys are made of brass from the most part. No lead is used.

No, but it's still not a good idea. Baby slobber on the computer chip that controls your cars security system isn't a good idea.
