I spoke to my salesman this morning about adding factory fit options and he told me that they started building the car this morning so he's not sure if it's too late. 2 hours later (about 3:30 factory time) he says they've completely finished for the day!

I can lock all the doors (4) on my 2002 Passat with the remote but I can only unlock the driver door with it. The other 3 doors will not unlock with the remote.

Looking for a cheap used Volvo wagon or VW Passat and everythining in my budget is 90k miles or more... how relaible are these cars with that many miles on them. Can I expect 170k out of a Passat?

Ok Im looking to buy a VW bug/beetle this coming tax season. Ive wanted one ever since I was a kid. Whats the best way to look for one? Im currently looking through ebay, classified and have tried to find some sites but most of them are for the newer version. Im not looking for a fully restored but I decent one that is in good working order that I can do some body work on if needed....looking to spend 3,000 to 4,000..any tips? thanks

I just bought a 2005 Passat, it only came with one key. I just found out from the VW dealer that it will cost $150 to have the key cut and another $90 to have it programmed. Does anyone know of any other place that I can get a spare key for my car?
I'm not up for paying $240 for a spare key. I'm really disappointed in VW.

What does the TDI mean? Is this some kind of hybrid? A TDI is listed at 36 mpg city, but a regular Jetta gets only 22. What gives?
