Key turns, headlights work, instrument panel lights up, radio does not work, but will not start, won't even turn over or click at all, dead silence?

I have a 99 Ford Contour V-6> Although it is fun to drive but it always giving trouble. The car come up with 4 code:System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank1, Bank 2) and system too lean(Bank1 and 2). After i saw this appear, i change both upstream O2 sensors, but it doesn't seem to help. My question is " are there one component failure can cause those 4 code to come up at same time??"

I have recently change to K&N air filter, is it related??

Does anyone know what is the best ford year model to get, if I want to add 150hp on it? I heard about chips and after market parts, but I also heard you can still blow up the 6.0L engine or mess it up real bad, and the transmition will not last. Can anyone help me? What do you think is the best way to gain the extra power safely, where my engine and transmition will not fall apart in only two years. Also, I will not switch to any other truck maker.

The whining fluctuates with the engine revs. I'm thinking it either the power steering pump or some kind of pump in the auto transmission. Btw the Overdrive gear no longer works.

hey i have a 302 with e-303 cam and and gt-40 heads iron with 1.7rr and full msd egn. barry grant fuel pressure reg.the plug fouling started after the head install the plugs have no oil on them i have tried my 600 holley reg carb,and i have also tried my 750 holley dbl pumper the plugs will be sooty black in no time also the dumped tails are black and i can also see spots where the carbon is on my driveway from the car running but it is not smoking i get black smoke when i throttle hard but the car is never driven hard at all can someone help me this thing is driving me NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!l

My husband & I have a 2003 Ford Focus ZX5 with about 38000 miles. We bought it used and it doesn't have the owners manual, so we have had an ongoing debate about what the manual says is the recommended grade of fuel...
Does anyone have the owners manual that they could check and quote for me, as to settle this debate... Please?

Doesn't matter if door is shut or open, doesn't matter iif key is in or not in the ignition. The problem is inconsistant. Any ideas? The car only has 50,000 miles and is well taken care of.

My pulley split and fell off. Or it fell off and was cut in half by the fan. In any case I need to replace it. Is it pressed on only? I don't see a bolt hole in the end of the shaft. What do I need to press another one back on? The pump seems to spin ok and I'd rather not replace the whole thing.

I have a 2001 Ford Tarsus V6 3.0L Flex-Fuel. i am having a problem getting the engine to run. We have changed the Coil Pack, the plugs, fuel filter, battery, alternator, and there are no error codes coming up. The Spark Plugs smell like gas after 1 attempt to start with new plugs.

Does ANYONE have any suggestions!!!
