I HAVE A 1995 FORD TAURUS IT STALLS OUT WHEN IM ON THE ROAD ACTS LIKE IT DONT WANT TO START I LET IT SIT FOR 10 MIN IT STARTS FINE.ALSO WHEN I HIT A BUMP HARD THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND IT SEEMS TO WANT TO STALL.ANYONE HAD THESE PROBLEMS.MY MECHANIC CANT SEEM TO FIND NOTHING WRONG.ANY ANSWERS.

faulty fuel pump, or pooor wiring connection. try tapping on the relay control box, jarring or bumping it will cause issues. it is located at the left front top side of the radiator....black box about the size of a hamburger with about 46 wires coming out of it.

The TFI ignition module is on the side of the distributor and Ford had problems with them. It might be intermittent when it heats up enough and then you've got to wait for it to cool. I'd also have the throttle plate and bore cleaned. You can clean the MAF sensor too.

when the service engine light comes on it will save that code get the scanner for your car then what ever the problem is it will tell you and you can reset after fixed the plug in is right below the steering weel
