i havent been able to get my car to start for two days. the engine does not turn over at all. the battery light on the display/dash board lights up but the i can turn the lights on..so the battery doesnt see to be dead. i have been having this problem on and off for a while now. i have took my car to the shop 5 to 6 weeks ago for the same problem and they told me nothing was wrong with my car. they ran a diagnostic test on everything related to why the car wouldnt start. they told me that the battery was defective, but i dont see how that could be when i just bought that battery two weeks prior to me taking the car to the shop, because i was having the exact same problem. so about 8 or 9 weeks ago my car was doing the same thing, and i went out and bought a battery immediately bc i thought that was the problem. anyways when i took the battery back to where i bought it from they told me it wasnt defective..and that it just needed to be charged. when i went back to the shop....

A week ago, I started a job as a train conductor and there was this one very rude guy on the train. I just asked him for the money for the train fee and he said "get lost". I said to him that I need his train fee or will bhe will have to get off at the next stop. He then said "Blow me" and threw a handful of change in my face. It was right there and then I opened up a can of whoop-as# on him. I forced him up, kicked him in the gut and gave him a Stone Cold Stunner, I stomped a mudhole in him, nailed him with a bunch of rights while he was on the ground and forced him up for one one Stunner.

At the next stop, I threw his as# off the train. He didn't get in trouble because I taught him a lesson "Stold Cold Style". I didn't get in trouble because he physcially provoked me by throwing a handful of pennies, dimes, nickels, and quarters in my face.

I did the right thing, didn't I?

My wife just noticed her driver's license has expired. She has aready renewed it over the web but the new DL will only arrive in 15 to 20 days. As she needs to drive before the new DL arrives, what happens in case of an accident? Will or can the insurance company deny any claims based on the expired driver's license? We live in Houston, TX.

My Current Car is a LEMON. While looking into getting a new one, I came across to pre-owned cars. One is a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS w/ 24,134 miles @ $16, 987. The Other is a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT w/ 35,577 miles @ $13, 387. I know nothing on both, so I don't know which is the better car. If you have any comments, or suggestions to help me decide, let me know. thanks.

i have recently acquired a ford mondeo DX 2003. This week, the light that looks like a snowflake (the middle light of 3 - round circles - above the temp gage on dash) has stayed on the colour orange, when starting my car and whilst driving. Somtimes the snowflake light on dash is red then goes to orange or ocasionally goes back to red or off altogether! I dont know what this symbol means, but i have done 150 miles today down motor way, the light was on red to start with for about 1/2hour then then went to orange and stayed on all the way back. Please help does anyone know what this symbol; means? Is it somethiong to do with the temperature in the air as it has been very cold today!! HELP !!

I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla. Within the past three weeks, both headlights have gone out (the high beams and fog lights still work... it's just the headlight bulbs). I don't have a manual... does anyone know if this is the type of car I can easily unscrew the plastic cover and change the bulb, or do I have to take it in to have it done? Thanks! :-)

hello again. I have a 1998 subaru outback and i have been having problems with it. I replaced my radiator hoses and thermostat because my engine was leaking coolant from them. I have discovered an oil sludge residue in my overflow reservoir... what is wrong with my car?... im thinkin its the headgasket... again...

can i just throw in some blue devil headgasket seal to fix it? and then just flush out the oil in my car.. will that somewhat correct problems.. or is my engine done??... please help...

-Squirrel climbed up into my engine and chewed 3 of my 4 cyinder wires.
-Went to Hyundai Dealership and they won't sell the wire parts seperately so I would have to buy an all new wiring harness for $1500.00
- I am a college student who definitely can not afford that kind of money , w/o labor. Please Help!
I also called the insurance agency and they wouldnt cover the damage even though I have full coverage . :(
Any other thoughts, ideas on how to fix it, or locations on where I could buy the harness would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks again.

This has always puzzeled me, If a commerical jet kept climing up, would it go into space? At what point would it stop climing and what would happen. Also, if a say a 737 is half full, would go any quicker. Also, can a commerical jet fly upside down- just like in that movies.

My blower doesn't work. I understand it could be 1 of 4 things:

blower resistor
fuse
relay
bad motor

I changed the blower motor resistor but to no avail.
I do not know what a relay is.

Before my blower died, it would make a rattling sound that was actually alieveated when I move the inside/outside air switching lever.

Actually, after my motor died, I managed to restart it once somehow by moving the inside/outside air lever.

There are also several fuses that are labled as AC motor both inside the car and under the hood.

My ultimate question is, judging from the above description of the relation between the blower and the inside/ouside air switch (or the air itself), is there a better chance that my blower is "blown" or is a fuse blown or is there another option.

The blower is behind the glove box and currently exposed. Is there anything I should be looking for? Thanks for your help.

So I have a 97 Grand Prix GTP. It stalled last night and won't start again. I know for sure that its not out of gas, its not the battery, the alternator, or the starter. A few times within the last week it has stalled or it has started up but the start was weak and it would barely get going even if the gas was to the ground. Does it sound like it could be the fuel pump or do you know what it could be? Also, any clue how much it costs to have the fuel pump fixed?
