Was looking around on the internet, and found a website that said adding two ounces of ascetone to 10 gallons of fuel, helped the vaporizing process, and and could add nealry 25 percent to your Miles per gallon. It said other stuff, but it was all common sence. Check the tire pressure, lighten the load. Turn the car in trafic jams..**** everyone knows already. But the ascetone thing I had never heard before. Anyone else hear about this thing.

I have a car that has extended warranty, unfortunately my car is not at the dealer at this time. Its at a different shop, as I am out of town and my folks have the car. It needs work done, can that be covered under warranty, or do I have to go to the dealer in order to receive warranty service. Or can I show the bill to the dealer and be reimbursed?

I just got a 2007 Nissan Murano SL AWD. I love it so far. Ride is amazing....and incredibly quick pickup. I now have 300 miles on it. I was planning on driving it to Tahoe this weekend, which is about 200 miles away, up and over a mountain pass. Its all fast freeway, but should I be "gentle" on the drive, or can I have a little fun and drive it a little faster. Is the "1000 mile break in" rule recommended for the 2007 Murano?

Hello, guys. I live in London at the moment and I'm 23 years old. Next month(Sept,.) I have a plan to hire car for a couple of days..but I think I am in trouble.
I only have a Debit Card from Lloyds and of course it says "VISA" in the side of the card.
But I heard that without any Credit Card, no one can hire any car in London.. is that true?
Now I'm so so despressed as I've planned to go somewhere with my GF a couple of months ago. That's why I've saved money for the last months but....what should I do?
Without any Credit Card, no car company lends me any car?

Please....help me..TT

I lost mt starter/choke jet out of one of the carbs on my 01 660 raptor, does anybody know what size the jet is supossed to be? only 1 carb has the jet, and its right next to the pilot and main jet. and I think it was a fairly large jet, in the 60's or 80's. Thanks

Hi, a friend told me that Saabs are a very safe make of car (as in if you get into an accident they're more robust) and I mentioned that my 17 yr old brother (just passed his test and fairly easily distracted!) drives my mum's Nissan Micra, and she said Nissans crumple easily in accidents. So does anyone know how true this is - are some cars more robust than others and would they protect you more in an accident?

Also, can I ask them to replace the vehicle with something comparable? I owed 2700 - they valued it at 4300, less $1k deductible and minus their "wear" items, is only going to leave me with $900. Sadly the car ran great before the accident and I'd only spent $60 in repairs over the life of the car. This sucks.

I have a 1932 Ford street rod with a 1979 Chevy engine with points type ingition. What would make it lose spark while driving. Nothing was wrong while driving, then I "got on it" a little bit, then it shut down. Had to coast to the side of the road. Thought it was out of gas, but it is getting plenty of gas. No spark is coming through to the plug wires when I pulled one of them off to see if it had spark. Help!

I bought a brand new car last year and the dealer told me that I did not have to let the car warm up anymore. However, I am having a hard time with this idea as I have always let my old car run for 10 -15 mins prior to driving it in the winter.

Are people still warming up the car before driving it? I notice that when I go home at the end of the day people just jump in and drive right away. I sit there giving my car five minutes before leaving (winter only).
