How much should I sell a wrecked '95 Thunderbird for? (As a parts car)?

It starts, but it would probably need to be towed.

take parts off of it and sell on ebay. when you took most of the stuff off and made a killing sell the rest for scrap metal for around $200.

I sold a running and driving 1994 T bird on EBay for $400 (if the bidder ever comes to get it. Depending on the miles and the damage, you most likely are looking at a couple of hundred dollars tops!

Its just up to you , 2-3 hundred dollars if that will make you happy good luck hope this helps.
