I have an '04 chevy Malibu Max, my great worry is the gas consumption any time I turn on the interior heater. I'm told car interior heater dont run on gas but I'm at a loss why this and I dont know what to do to curb this or is there any thing wrong with my car?

The specific roundabout has no hump, just white lines about 2m across.
I think its illegal but not too sure

Yesterday my car (1997 Chevy Lumina) was stuck in the snow and my male friend was trying to get me out. He eventually did get me out but he reved up the cars engine really high a few times. When I got in my car to drive home, I noticed that the VOLTS light was on. I have a new battery (Nov 06) and a new alternator, well rebuilt, (July 06). I should also mention that a few weeks ago I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. The battery did appear to be fully charged because all the "dings" and "lights" came on when I went to turn it on (new starter in Oct 06).

Does anyone know a way round of starting a car after losing the immobilser fob for my car? We have the key but haven't used the fob for years and now it is lost and having changed the battery, the immobilser has kicked in and we can't use the car. Thanks.

I just got into my car this morning and noticed my ABS light is on. It was not on last night, so I have no idea what happened. My car sat inside all night, and like I said, when I got in and started it this morning, the ABS light was on and did not turn off the entire way to work. Does anyone know what may have caused this, and what needs to be done?
