Check with the new car dealer. I know GM used to have a one year lease or even a 1 payment lease. Pay the entire lease in 1 payment and drive it for the length of the lease.

you can pick up someone else's lease on a low mileage vehicle, for example, people who go through divorce, etc. sometimes need to get out of their car leases - check out www.releaseme.ca (Canadian) - there are probably similar sites/services in your area. Sometimes the person trying to get out of the lease will offer you a cash incentive as well. Hope this helps.
