When the wipers are off, is the passenger wiper supposed to go right down to the bottom of the windshield?

I have a 2006 Sebring and my car's wiper on the passenger side does the same thing. It doesn't go down all the way. I haven't looked to see if there is some type of adjustment to correct that or not.

Both wipers should park the same, at the bottom of the glass. If one is a little off, you can loosen the nut holding the wiper arm. Pull it off slightly (be careful as the arm is spring loaded toward the glass) and rotate the arm to the desired park position and re-tighten the nut. Once it's tight, you can't turn it because there are little splines on the shaft and in the hole in the arm that lock together.
