I have a manual transmission 1999 Ford Explorer Sport. The parking brakes are not working. I'm wondering how much does it cost to get it fixed. If you had your parking brakes fixed in your car, how much did it cost? I'm trying to get a range estimate.

it is a 92 700r4 out of a chevy pickup with a kickdown but the 94 has eletric shift no kickdown do the wires need to be plugged in or does it not matter

When I burn C.D.'s they will only play to the 10th track. Then the C.D. won't track. They play just fine on my house stereo. Any ideas?

I have seen at least 5 bad accidents in the last month and a half..and then someone almost tried to kill me and 4 other drivers on the way home from work..and i fear it will get much worse when the holidays approach...Other drivers aren't realizing that parents are transporting there kids to and from places.i just want everyone to be careful!

I recently changed out my oil pan after cracking it. Afterwards, I put 4 quarts of oil in, tried to start it up and it the engine wouldn't turn over. A friend of mine said you have to turn the key to "On" and let it sit for a while to let the oil pressure rebuild. Did that and still no results.

When I cracked my oil pan, I drove it about 1/2 a block with no oil at about 10 mph, then another 1/2 block with oil in it while the pan was still cracked. I'm hoping my engine did not seize. Any ideas or suggestions? It is a 1999.5 (mk4) VW Golf GTI with the VR6 engine (12v.)
