The air conditioner should be used in a WV beetle Car. I dont want to put water or Ice. It must work after the power supply given (12v).

Can you elaborate on what you mean by fuel?
To run the AC condenser you need energy. This is done in the form of electricity which places a load on your battery, which places a load on your alternator, which in turn place a load on your engine making it burn more fuel. Not sure if that's what you meant.
