When is the new Zen going to be launched in Delhi?

Hi I am from Baroda and i had a similar problem.
But due to my loan duratin i have choosen Wagon R LPG.
Now if you can wait then please go in for the Zen. You can go Ahead and but the December issue of the automobile magazine 'AUTOCARINDIA'. Here you wil what is the new Maruti Zen.
Basically the new Zen would be a car based on the current WagonR/Alto platform (the WagonR/Alto share platforms).
The maruti Zen we are going to see was supplied to Nissan as Mocoand of course sold in Japan as MR Wagon. In india the Zen will share the engine with Wagon R. and it will be more fuel efficient. Also the utilization of the space will be as good as the wagonR. But the new Zen would look much better. It is as spacious as the Wagon R but more beautiful.
From the reports i have heard the New Zen will be somewhat cheaper than the Wagon R.
Zen would be launched with in three weeks, reports economic times. My advice would be to wait and see what it turns out to be, Zen is expected to be having good space and efficiency, while looking more fresher. In Japan it was and is very famous. It is on tried and tested plarform and maruti has done a lot of testing.
So my advice would be to wait and if new zen doesnt hit roads then go in for the wagonR. But if you are interested in LPG then i dont know if the new Zen is going to have the option or not.

Hi. Wagon R is an old car that is in the market from many years. You can wait for new Zen that will hit the market in Feb or Mar 2006. New zen is equipped with a 1.1 Litre engine, same as of Wagon R but with some refinement. Got solid looks but boot space is reduced compared to Wagon R. The car looks pretty and is priced between 3.2 to 4.5 Lacs.
If you can wait till March then go for Zen. Also you can look at Maruti Swift if you can extend your budget. It is the hot selling babe in the market. Decent price, gr8 power, decent fuel economy and looks awesome.
Test drive the car before buying and do some research if you are comparing the cars.

maruti is telling that it will launch the new zen in dec. 2006 or january 07. maruti is also planning to launch the new baleno on the suzuki sx4 platform.the new zen is awesome which costs about
3 - 4.5 lacs.it looks pretty good too.dont go for the new wagon r it si pretty uncontemprory too.the zen will b giving u a decent mileage, low mentainence, and prefferable styling.go the new zen.

I insist you to buy the all new Wagon R, I have test driven that thing. It look great, the front bonnet it new a gives hot look to the front of the car, there not much change in the interior, it is believed to deliver a few more horse than its predecessor and it is a kind of cool and spacious car which give optimum value for your money.
