My husband and I bought a car and we both were on the loan I soley on the title he was the primariy, he went back and had me taken off the loan and title. HOW?

In my state if you tag a car with someone and you put OR instead of AND between the names it only takes one signature on the title. ex: Jack and Jill would take both signatures, Jack or Jill would only take one signature. Your husband would have to refinance the car to get you off the loan and to re-tag it. Hope this makes sense...Good Luck.

he can not with out your sig go to a lawyer and ask for help there..
sounds like he is trying to distroy your credit and make himself looking as the good guy (robben hood)

Does he know how to forge your signature? Does he have access to any of your identity documents? If answer is yes, then it is possible.
