I found a company that was in England "Jowetts" 1936. Germany really populated its production. Not sure when. It is close to Jowetts time frame. Anybody know?

It seems to be coming from between the radiator and the engine block in a "sheet" of smoke. I just changed my oil to synthetic and spilled some on the engine, but have driven at least 30 miles since the spill. I also realized I have been putting in the wrong type of oil 10W-30 instead of 5W-20. Would that make a big difference?

Before going through a car wash, do you take the aerial off and leave the hole for water to penetrate the wires etc or leave it on and risk damage.

How much just it cost to change a master brake cylinder? I have a 2dr 1995 Honda Accord with about 90k miles. The pressure on the brake pedal varies substantially and it was determined that there is a leak in the brake master cylinder.

what do you think? i understand the safety side, but what a great idea, you turn a 3 lane motorway into 4 lanes brilliant, why has this not been done before? just let newish cars on the motorway, its always the old bangers you see which have broke down, and bloody caravans?

I WAS DEBATING WITH SOMEONE AT AN AUTO AUCTION WHO WAS BUYING A CAR FOR THEIR KID. THEY ASKED ME WHAT WAS A GOOD CAR AND I SAID FOR A TEEN GET AN OLD COP CAR AS THEY ARE BIG AND SAFE AS GAS IS ONLY A PART OF OWNING A CAR INSURANCE AND REPAIRS SECOND. Our dashboard clock doesn't light up, and I don't know if it's broken or if Honda didn't bother to put a light in it. My much older Honda had a light-up clock.

the tab or wire going to the window broke off and the defroster stopped working. I dont know if you are to glue it back, or weld it or sodder it back to the window. I bought a kit from the store but it only repairs the lines in the defroster. Please help me.

I have 2001 Nissan Sentra. after rear-accident body repair. shop told me my front wheel bearings are shot. needs to be replaced immideatly, cost about $550 bucks. 200 in parts + 350 in Labor. Insurance company rejects the claim. as per them they have nothing to do with front wheel bearings. I have no noise prior to accident. This was a major rear end accidnet - cost them 6000 and 3 weeks to fix it up. my question is can this rear end accident cause my front wheel bearing to shot. car was not in motion and it was hit on rear at atleast 35-45 mph.

What do you think will happen to me. I was just about to get some, but got into an accident before I could. There wasn't much damage, at least I don't think. Maybe a couple thousand on each car. No one was hurt. What will happen to me? Will I get my licsence suspended? I'm starting to worry!
