There are several theatres in Newcastle (the RSC perform here). Yet if you miss the train southwards (to Durham and Darlington) that's just after 10pm you get put out onto the street to await the 2am train. Surely GNER are neglecting the safety of their passengers? It is safer to go to York where there are two trains northwards after 11pm, and you don't get thrown out of the station. But why do this at Newcastle? Surely it's irresponsible?

The dealer is asking a ridiculous price--I think they're trying to put one over on me. I can find a local guy to do the repairs and buy the parts---but I haven't been able to find info online that tells me "where" the sensor is actually located. Any auto guys have access to a drawing or steps to take to repair the sensor? Thanx!

I have a 99 ford windstar with 45000 miles. I've been told the CVC? joint is probably bad as it knocks once in a while when I turn or sometimes even when I'm going straight, like over rough rr tracks. But now it's also making another sound. It's really noticable between 55 and 60 mph. It sounds like something is rubbing on the front passenger tire. My dad drove it and thought it was road noise, but he rotated the tires and that didn't help and now it seems to be getting worse. Would this have anything to do with the CVC joint? Any ideas on what it could be? Or any guess as to how much to fix it?? THanks!

The lights on the tube sometime flicker on and off, sometimes they even go out for a period of around 10 seconds. Any ideas why this might happen, and why the tube people haven't been able to fix it yet?

Thanks
Matt
