I know 350 is the way to go but this is free with low miles , I thought i would put some better heads and excaust on also any info would br good . cam size, head types,intake type

I can't tell you what to use, because I don't know how you want to use it.
That said, be very careful about what you put in the engine.
That engine is computer controlled, and the program in the computer doesn't know anything about PERFORMANCE hardware.
Added cam angles and lifts will make a significant difference in the behavior of the engine. Its sensors will read data unfamiliar with the programming.
Make it a point to ask whoever you work with for your performance parts to consider the PCM. Many people DO add performance parts, but they also compensate for them by adding a performance enhancement to the PCM programming.
ALSO-- Some states' emissions tests may be too stringent for the new configuration, and some states consider it a violation of emissions laws to introduce any component that is not within the MANUFACTURER's standards.

Im not sure of the exact degree
But the cam you might like is called a GM 270
Can be purchased at a GM dealer.

check out comp cams they got good cams
