I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Achieva S Coupe. It has approximately 87,000 miles that I can sell for about $1000. I have the chance to buy a 1993 Honda Accord EX Sedan with 134,000 miles for around $2500. There is nothing majorly wrong with either car other than the fact they are both older. The timing belt has been changed on the Accord. I would like to either continue driving my car for 2-3 years or hope that the Honda would last 2-3 years. Should I take my chances and buy the more reputable and reliable Honda or just stick with what I have? Any advice appreciated, thanks!

I'll turn on my car radio and it works fine, but then suddenly the sound cuts out -- it sounds like the radio station stops suddenly, but it's the radio. I'll shut it off and turn it back on and sometimes it'll work again, but not for very long. Maybe it's some sort of short? It's the stock radio in a 1994 Pontiac.

i recently bought a car w/ a 350 in it. it has a brand new exhaust, but it's quiet. what i'd like to do is remove the muffler and put a flowmaster muffler in its place. it's all clamped together, not welded, the problem is, the clamps made a groove in the metal and now the muffler is stuck in the pipe. how do i get it out? are there any tricks?

Hi, I am a 30 year old woman who has been the passenger on the back of a bike for far too long and I am ready to learn to ride myself. My question is for other woman riders or actually for anyone who knows *wink*. I am only 5' 3" and 125 lbs and I am wondering what might be a good starter bike for me. Thanks in advance for answering! :o)

I took my ranger to get an alignment and they said that the camber bolts were not factory installed. And they went ahead and did the alignment. When I took my truck elsewhere to get the camber bolts installed they said they were already there but they were badly stripped. What is the cause of this?? Could the first auto repair shop be responsible??

Thanks to all those who answer my first question. My problem now is, I don't know where the thermostat is. I kind of know what it looks like, but I've been looking for it and no succes. I should get one of those car fixing problem books for dummies because I don't know anything about cars, you wonder why I have problems.
If anybody can give me a link with pictures, showing where the darn thing is, will be greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance

Pocketbikes are toys, not real motorcycles. Why are there so many questions about pocketbikes here? It's ridiculous! Who would be caught dead riding one of those clown kiddie bikes designed for 3 year olds?
