Are there any leakage problems? Do they scratch easily? Is it an asset or would you rather not have one? Thanks

i was in a car accident, the party at fault backed out onto the main hwy as i was traveling on it.i hit the breaks but could not miss them, Thier insurance company is saying they are only 90% resposible, if i accept thier coverage can i still file in small claims court against the company who owned the vehicle at fault for the remainder of the costs to fix my vehicle and pay for my rental car?

My exhaust is to loud to adjust by the rattle of the rockers. I need to adjust them but I cant hear them if they rattle.

Seems to me they operate about 20 decibels louder than the loudest factory model car. If a motorcycle can't meet the same noise restrictions that automobiles have to, why are they allowed to be operated in cities at all?

I'm asking because its butt f'n ugly and i want it off!!! Its been on my truck since i bought it over a year and a half ago...its a bumper hitch. It looks like the bolt is rusted to the ball...so i was wondering if anyone knew a way to maybe cut it off or something...
