is their a hybrid unit i could get to buckel on the back of my car to use electricity around town?

There was once a little helper motor you could buy and put on the front wheel of your bicycle but so far as I know, they don't make a similar device for making a regular car a hybrid. Most of the hybrid business is pre-planned and built into the vehicle from the very start. A piggy-back unit of some sort may be worth doing some studying over.
