Project based organisations have to do timesheets, but everyone hates filling them in, and their accuracy tends to be poor.

Anyone got any IT type solutions (or any solutions) to this problem?

I just recently sold my first item on eBay and I accept PayPal payment only. I always see people's auctions with "will send payment upon payment CLEARING." How exactly do I know if the payment has cleared? Is it by looking at paypal.com and seeing that under STATUS for the transaction it says "Completed"? Does that mean it has cleared? I received an e-mail from PayPal that says "Notificiation of an Instant payment received." Does that mean it has cleared as well.

For future reference, does my PayPal balance as seen on home page of PayPal indicate ALL CLEARED FUNDS?

On average, how successful are small, independent, home-run card businesses?

I'm thinking about making cards at home and selling them on a website. :) I have some unique ideas, so these won't be your average cards. Thanks!
