I want to open a bar and iam looking for idea and a program with samples on bar

I suggest that you go to a number of bars in the area. Write detailed notes about what you like and don't like about each bar. Decide what you will incorporate into your own bar and add your own personal ideas so that you differentiate from the competition. Run your ideas by several people who will be brutally honest with you.

You may want to seek for some current franchises which are already very successful bar owners, to kick start one.. But for that, you don't have much control over certain things like changing theme in the future, menu items, etc.
I have heard about successful bars, just offering 2 simple things... Buffalo wings and beer, at a location near offices.
Like another answer mentioned, go talk to bar owners. It would help.
