You dont explain how you lost your job.However try getting another one for the time being without too much fuss whilst you are looking for something along your own line of work.Good luck.The fact that you were working is great coz you dont sound like a sponger who gets on the dole half his life if not all his life..Good luck in finding another job.

I don't know how old you are but anyway, it's not the end of the world, search and search and search, job will not come to you.
