I am just starting out as a consultant, and I would like some stories from anyone who would like to tell me of how they put themselves out there, and spoke to someone they DIDN'T know.

My family and friends have ordered from me, but I would like to venture out towards earning my first car, and getting orders from just people I know won't cut it.

We would like to know about a mentor program we have seen on TV that utilizes retired business people as the mentors. We do not remember the name of the program, but really would appreciate some business insight from someone that has grown a small business, and would consider giving us the benefit of their knowledge and experiance. Neither of our families have this kind of experiance, and we are at the point where it could make a lot of difference in the future of our small business... Please realize, we have ran our business for 4 years, but still are quite uneducated in a lot of respects regarding business operation, so an amount of patience will be required on your part ! Thank you, hope to hear from some patient, knowledgable person soon !!!!!

My husband runs a small business department inside a large business owned by his brother.
My daughter needed a job bad, and asked her Dad if he'd hire her...( she has a hard time finding work in this area) The Dad reluctantly hired her, ..knowing she is strongheaded and would cause problems,.. but he hired her cuz he loves her and hoped that through this there strained relationship would possible grow to the better.
she has been a real pain, note that the Dad is set in his strict ways, being brought up by a militlray father himself, and him also a military man.
The Daughter is disrespectful and remorseful, talking behind his back, not doing the work the way he wants it done, she comes in as she pleases..(till he set a ground rule withe the main boss...now she comes in on time) ....one thing after another has happened and it is very sad. Now another girl has been hired and she buddies up with the daughter,so there are 2 of them now making his life miserable. I say fire them b

She put the company in her name with the verbal agreement that it would be transfered into my name as soon as i got everything straight w/ uncle sam. I recently started seeing another woman and my ex has failed to follow through with our agreement. in fact she has taken everything - money - proprty- now she wonts my home. I am not the only one she has played out like this infact she was living w/ another man who i have just found out owns some of the property that she says i owe her for. I have been told because her name is on my house that she is intitled to 1/2 even though i have made all the payments and she never even lived at the residence. help me keep my house.

I'm going to LA for 4 days, leaving 14th Sept. Basically I need to get myself into a seminar somewhere. I normally sign up for Bloomberg ones, but they don't have any while I'm out there. i would like to create them using natural ingredients, but do i need a chemistry degree to formulate the? or could i work WITH a chemist...is there a plce that will check them for you, or make them in bulk with the measurements etc???

I have a business website getting set up, and I will be using random pictures as use of icons.

If I find it on google image, can I just take the photo, post it on my website as an icon link, without saying any source or whom I got "stole" the picture from?
