I am in the process of finishing my bookwork for my year that ended in July on Quickbooks. I am waiting on some paperwork from my bank before I can finish it and give it to my accountant. I would likt to start entering all my bookwork from August into Quickbooks. Can I do this or do I have to wait to get the corrected information back from my accountant before I can start entering in the current year information? I don't want to proceed with the current year and lose everything after I upload my accountant's corrections for the previous year.

Our company works with different Goverment agency and at times they require us to provide them with our driver and helper's SS# for clearance to enter their premises. We ask our employee for permission to give this info, however our driver told us that he do not wish to supply this info to anyone because of fear of identity theft. My question as the employer is can I terminate this employee and can he file a suit with the Dept Of Labor and win.

It seems that the UK market is already flooded with foreign made goods, especially those from China. However, I believe that there must still be things that the British people need but can't get hold of easily or cheaply. As a consumer in the UK or West Europe, could you tell me what these things are? Personally, I think items of haberdashery or stationery are overpriced in the UK and the range of products is very limited. What do you think?

"Dividens" appears all over the internet, but is this an actual accounting term or just a word that's one-letter shy of its proper spelling?
