I'm a Business Marketing Major at USM this year.
Marketing Mix means varing themethods used to attract and keep customers.

Reasoning behind this is because at times businesses gain a case of "marketing myopia" which prevents them from maximizing customer value. If they only use the same old commerical, or magazine add, their only going to get the same people, but by trying out new things, more innovative things, they can seek out and grab more NEW people!

I hope this helps!

The Four P's and a C make up the Marketing Mix:
Price - What you're going to sell 'it' for
Place - Where you're going to sell 'it'
Promotion - How you're going to promote 'it'
Product - What you're going to sell. The 'it'
Customer - Who you're going to target 'it' at

I added the C because everyone seems to forget about the customer.
