Depends on your target audience.
Are you writing for women or men readers?
Are you writing for younger or older readers?
Are you writing just to hint at sex or are you explicit with your writing?
There are a lot of magazines in varying degrees that might be interested in your writings.
So, I'll guess that you might be writing for young (20's+) women.
Might send a manuscript off to, say Cosmopolitan or Ms. magazines.

First thing you need to do is get an agent which means getting together a submission packet.
I suggest reading writer's digest or visiting their website at www.writersdigest.com
