I want to open my cleaning company in VA. runningmy office from my home. I have made arrangements to obtain grant(s) hopefully i will get that. now my questions are. is it better to be LLC or something else. I do have asest i want to protect from the business. but I am not sure how i really want to go. any suggestions. i m trying to think of a name for it now. I know it must be registered.

I am trying to launch a startup eCommerce business selling intellectual property. I need to consult an attorney and need their help drafting some license agrements too, but am afraid what the costs will be. Can someone tell me generally how much attorney fees are, do they offer 'packages' for startups outside of a retainer? What options do startups have to afford legal startup costs?

Im starting a personal chef service in AUG, GA. Im hitting a wall trying to price my services. The jist of my business is I am hired by clients to come into their home and prepare meals for them. I can either prepare several meals at once that they can freeze, or I can prepare a meal that is going to be consumed immediately. For the meals that are going to be froze, im giving the option of choosing packages of 3,5,7,10,or 14 meals.
What would you pay to have someone come into your home and prepare meals for you and your family, and what would you pay to have someone come in and prepare a meal for a date or a dinner party?
