Who stores your web page, What do you have to do to accept different credit cards. Would I have to copyright, or patten anything, How can I make it so that when people type in key words, my site will pop up, and how much will this all cost.

I want to put a store on my web site but I need 49.95 to be exact. I am a college student and mother of two. I cant work because It cost to much for child care and I only need to make $50 anyway.
