What kind of Delivery Notes? Surely this should be linked to your accounting and invoicing software, otherwise you will be doing double or triple the work entering the correct data. If you are using Excel there are numerous packages out there - use Google for 'accounting software Excel' or 'delivery notes Excel', if you are using something else then you need to include that in the search string.

If you simply want a Delivery Note, make a template in Word (or Open Office) and use that.

Their is a free download template from these guys who make some of the labels that go in a standard printer. They will work with other brands though.

Microsoft has lots of templates and some on its websites that you can download for free. Have a look at microsoft.com
