She put the company in her name with the verbal agreement that it would be transfered into my name as soon as i got everything straight w/ uncle sam. I recently started seeing another woman and my ex has failed to follow through with our agreement. in fact she has taken everything - money - proprty- now she wonts my home. I am not the only one she has played out like this infact she was living w/ another man who i have just found out owns some of the property that she says i owe her for. I have been told because her name is on my house that she is intitled to 1/2 even though i have made all the payments and she never even lived at the residence. help me keep my house.

I have offered her 25,000.00 to just sign it over & go. But she needs money to take her other x to court and take 1/2 of all his property also. Could the two of us go in together and let the judge in on her little plan? she has a history of taking from men and she is very well schooled in this area. she is very dangerous and needs to be stopped.... Only serious answers please.

If a verbal agreement is binding how can she take the house it had nothing to do with the company. She said she would sign it over when i got straight now, because of my girl friend she wont do it. she didnt even live there anyway.

truthfully, theres nothing much u can do about it.
only options for you:
-start up another company using yours or someone's name whom u trust
-notify all your existing clients of whats going on and seek their support of u starting another company
-if she comes back to bite u after starting another company, prove to court with a petition duly signed by all your clients stating that u were the main contact for all transactions made
-seek legal advise

This may be just an idea here, but it could help...any guards or a chaplain, or anybody witness and of the prison paperwork type transactions? Anyone act as a notary?

Also was the other ex in prison when he dealt with her, if so then is it possible for a good attorney to show she preys on men who can't legally fend for themselves due to incarceration situations?

By any chance was another family member a power of attorney during your time in? Father/Mother If so was it at the same time you dealt with her. Maybe if you are lucky and this is true, nothing you did with her would be valid because she needed to deal with them?

I hope this may have gave some other ideas.
Good luck, as I totally understand your situation.

If she testify against your claim of the verbal agreement, it's your words against hers. If you have a neutral witness to the agreement, that wil help you. If you can establish that she had been scheming all along, that only adds merit to your claim (not a gurantee win), so talk to her other ex and seek legal advice. Right now, just based on the documentation, you are not very well positioned to take her on.
