We started a business together & all of the red tape is out of the way.
Now, it seems like I'm in this by myself.
Am I working myself too hard?
Or are they just being lazy, & unmotivated partner?
I don't want to be so uptight about things, how do I communicate that I'm getting impatient about their lack of motivation for the partnership?

I would like to start a coffee shop selling percolated coffee with the posibility of selling cakes with it. Give me advice on how to start it. I have a mobile automotive surface reconditioning business, I specialize in overspray removal, concrete removal, and oxidation removal. I also do interior and exterior details, carpet cleaning on cars, pinstripping, ect. I currently advertise in the newspaper, and awaiting my yellow pages ad to come out the first of the year. My product is a map. I want it to be in travel stores/bookstores, etc. I am a small start-up with not a lot of capital. Should I hire a marketing specialist or someone who is an expert at doing this? What should I expect to pay? What do I look for if I need to find a firm to market it?
