live in Australia, and have my diploma as a interior designer, now i need help to get the business up and running?

Unfortunatly marketing is expensive! I'm not sure exactly what you do but here are some suggestions you may be able to modify.
* offer your services as a prize at a trivia night etc.
* offer yourself to businesses of friends to do their interior designing.
* go and talk to building developers (display home people).
I hope this can start you off. Am at work at the moment so will supply more later.
