We started a business together & all of the red tape is out of the way.
Now, it seems like I'm in this by myself.
Am I working myself too hard?
Or are they just being lazy, & unmotivated partner?
I don't want to be so uptight about things, how do I communicate that I'm getting impatient about their lack of motivation for the partnership?

Entreprenuers tend to be flaky. As a general rule of thumb -- the more entreprenuirially minded, the flakier. That explains why they don't do so well working in Companies that are large and bureacracratic -- but may exel as an entreprenuer.

I would suggest you try to find out each of your unique abilities -- everybody has one or two that they bring to the table. Then let them do what they love to do and do best. You do the same -- and grow your company around those abilities.

Buy them out or have them buy you out - very simple . Things will not get better and this is like the 3rd time you posted this question too .

If this is an area of concern, buy out your partners.

Instead of working to fix this, it might be easier to just buy them out.
