You could place ads in your local Newspaper. You could connect with Ebay and try to sell some on ebay...that would bring more buyers to your website.

If you have a "BLOG" like Xanga, for example they have it to where you can pay for certain months to advertise, and people could click on the buttons and be directed to your site.

You could print up business cards and take them around where you live and see if you could post some up on message boards. Pass them out to your friends and family member, and they could pass them on to their friends and family members, and so on.

You could of posted your website address here!!!!!

Yahoo! it to where you can post ads on here. I'm not sure how much it costs though. But that could help your business.

You could call around and see if any gift shops around your area would like to buy some in bulk from you and see if they would advertise for you.

These are all I can think of right now. I hope this helps. Good Luck

Have you thought about pay per click programs? The two biggest, I think, are Yahoo! and Google

A few free resources – check out the sources box for links:

1) Create a blog pertaining to your field

2) Use Yahoo! Local & Yahoo! Groups – Be sure to read the TOS for each one!

3) Write articles pertaining to your field and/or expertise.

4) Advertise on Craiglist

Also, consider signing up for an affiliate program. These programs enable you to advertise on other's sites (your affiliates) and once a sale is made to you, your affiliates & the program are paid a commission.

I listed a few handy sites & articles relating to marketing, promotion & advertising. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

You need to look into submitting your site to search engines and optomising it as well as promoting it through more tradiotional means.

Be very warey of companies offering you top spots on the search engines, lots of traffic, submission to 100's of search engines, etc as there are often many catches (some of them servere).
