If I would start my own cleaning company. what do I need to do to register also what kind of taxes will be imposed on me if I work alone. In other words If I would get 10 pounds an hour. How much would I have to set aside for the tax man. And would I be entitled to tax credits for child care?

The best thing to do is to go to www.companieshouse.org.uk

They have lots of guides about starting up a business and tax implications.

It's what i did when I started my company and it was really useful.

Firstly set out a business plan, then consult the government regards tax. They will require you to forward proof of earnings etc. Also most companies are exempt for the first year of trading and most companies dont make much in the first year xx
