I'm new to florida and I'm renting a low income apartment. We have inspections tommorrow. I'm expecting them to look in the kitchen , bath, and bedrooms and look at the general cleanliness of the place but do they have the right to search my dressers, draws, boxes and other personal belongings? I dont think so, do you? Its ok if they look in the closets, to me that part of the apartment structure but all furniture and dressers are personal which would require some sort of legal warrant. I'm just concerned about my right to privacy. Any thoughts from renters or landlords welcomed.

manager but to no avail. The building manager offered to let us move to other apartments in the building but at higher rents and they will not help with costs. Once I am paying moving costs I may as well move elsewhere for a better price.

The landlord is not doing anything as of yet, says he has to wait on his insurance company. Kinda hinting around he wants the tenants to pay for it. Who right?

We are selling our ranch in Ca. Potential buyer put up $10,000 earnest money and entered a 30 day escrow. We moved across country and were out in time for close. Never heard from potential buyer again or RE agent. Money still with Title company, 6 months later. Our ranch is still listed and we are still showing it. Our RE agent says it won't interfere with new possible buyer. Is that true? Where do I go to find out for sure - I don't trust that my RE agent knows for sure.

I'm in the processing of purchasing a new home. The finance company hired an appraiser, and the appraisal came in at exactly my purchase price. We really thought we were getting a better deal than that. Do they give you the true appraisal value, or do they basically say, yes, it's worth the amount you're paying? What if I would have offered $15,000 more? Would they have said the house didn't appraise out?

I'm 21 and finally moving out on my own. A friend and I recently signed a lease for http://www.oldemontgomery.com. It will cost us both $800 a month ($400) each. We get access to a 24/7 fitness center, 2 tennis courts, basketball court. We're in walking distance of basically everything. Does this sound pretty good?

My aunt is living in a house that I am the sole owner of but she tried to get a quote to get the kitchen remodeled and they ran a deed trace and only my name came up. They wouldn't give her a quote because her name isn't on the deed. Is there any other option like a power of attourney or something else that would be sufficient for things like this or does she have to be on the deed?
