yes. I make $600 a month and I do.. HOwever, if u are single with no kids (and white) and are not disabled..u won't qualify..(u can try).. I waited 3 + years for my name to come up and I had a disabled child. U can't apply online.. U must go in..they will need proof of income, etc.. GL

yes you should qualify. you can probably apply at your local dhs or look online for your state and counties dhs website
