talk with a Loan Officer now to review your application and 3 score credit report. Have him print up scenarios for you so you can see what you're comfortable paying every month. By the time you are 90 days out, get a pre approval letter from him and start shopping seriously.

You should start to look now, but really many more houses will be listed in March and April. Planning on making an offer by the end of May or earlier.

You have just answered your question. You have approximately four months to find a home, and about a month to complete the purchase.
