I had a property with my girlfriend, she left over a year ago. I am paying the bills on my own. How long till i can have her removed from the title deeds. She pays nothing towards the upkeep of the house and has left the area. I am not in contact with her to sign any documents and i want to sell the property as soon as possible as the bills are starting to mount up. As the mortgage was based on a dual income it is now hard to meet on a sole basis.

We are buying a house. Well we tracted down the first survey done only 2 years ago and was told we should have no problem using it. Well yesterday we were told the title company wouldn't except it and we have to have a new one. WHY???? the survey like i said was only 2 years old the house is only 3 years old, why wouldn't they except it???? The morgage company has been telling us for weeks that this survey would work, then 5 days before we are suppost to close we find out different.

I am looking to lease a condo in the Atlanta area next spring, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any insiders websites where I can find any before they become available to the general public or how I would go about finding the perfect condo. I don't have $1000 a month to spend so I have to find one with my budget in mind. I'd like to be able to maybe purchase it if I like it as well. Any hints would be great. I've been keeping an eye on Craigslist, but if anyone knows of any other websites like Craigslist, that would be awesome. Also, if I don't see any on websites, do realtors help out with leasing condos, or do they only help out with selling condos? Thanks!

My family consists of 10 adults 4 kids and 2 toddlers. We need self-catering only. Not more than R1,800.00 per week. Specifically in Johannesburg or surrounding areas. Minimum must be 3 bedroomed house, fully furnished.

My father in law is selling his house. New wife talked to realtors and reduced the price by $10,000. I just looked it up on the appraisal and tax website and it's worth $30,000 more than she's asking even tho the appraisal is generally lower. Why is it lower? I remember looking up my house and it was lower. But there still stands the question of why she would want to sell it for that much less.

Dear Sirs:
I am a mexican citizen living in Israel willing to obtain a Florida Real Estate Associate license in order to referr international costumers to Florida real estate brokers.
To be able to be paid by these brokers my commissions I must pass the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate examination and obtain my license.
When I try to apply for a completed Application I must fill a Social Security number that I don't have because I'm not an american alien.
When I search in the website of the Social Security office I have found that in order to apply for exams I DO NOT need a social security number to be able to take the exam.
My question: How can I enroll for the examination without a Social Security number if your online application form does not allow me to proceed without a social security number?
Thanks for your answer.

My friend rents an apt. in a house being sold. The landlord and real estate agents have come at all hours of the day and night to show her apt. to prospective buyers. Does anyone know What rights she may have to require landlord/agents to give a resonable amount of notice (in hours or days) BEFORE someone enters her apt.? Where can I find this information?

I've been researching a lot on new developments in the downtown Los Angeles area. I'm leaning towards purchasing a condo unit in one of the developments known as the "Artisan on Second". Has anyone else looked into this place? Your thoughts, insight, opinions, on this specific development or any other in the downtown L.A. area would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The now is chargeing a move in move out fee of a $150.00 and a fee of $60.00 for a background check and application fee. You do not got any of this money back.Could they apartment let someone into your home with out tell you that they are coming there. The pest man have a key to the apartment. They say he have to come in once a month. I feel this is not right. I was not told any thing about this. I do not think its on the lease. The fee is something new.

For NJ. I received a warrant for removal and sent the payment. Management is saying that they are still waiting to receive it. This is frustrating because I know that the mail doesnt take 4 days for delivery.
My main concern is that I have a cat in my apt. The lease states no pets, but I know for a fact that many tenants have one. I have asked if maintenance could let me in to pick up some stuff quickly, mgmt said no. My cat has been left alone since Monday (going on 4 days now) with no food, water may be empty by now. Does anyone know any way that i can get the mgmt to let me in? a court's request or anything?
