Depends on where the car dealership is located and also the Realtor,
and the person selling.
I would normally say the Realtor, however car salesmen have/do in the right area's make well over 100,000.00 and more. a good Realtor, of course,
can make an unbelievable amount. Depending on the houses they sell.
Millions dollar houses....quite a commission.

Either one, they each have negotiable commissions. So whoever is the better salesmen will win. Speaking that Realtors default at 6% I could see how someone could lean towards Realtors. But I've seen some exotic car salesmen that would put your average agent to shame. I say The better salesmen wins.
