Certainly possible. The last house I bought, I was the first one to look at the house and made my offer the same day. It was accepted without any other offers being considered, and we were in escrow 2 days later.

A lot depends on the BUYERS agent. If that agent really understands what the buyer is looking for and can afford, they will only show what the buyer will be most likley to buy. If not they may just print everything and go down the list.

But don't dispare if it doesn't sell right away. Take your time and you will find the right buyer.

In the beginning when a house is listed on the market you will have more activity. The chances are good if your house is what they want to call home. Best bet, is to contact the realtor that you have your house listed with and ask her to give feedback from the other realtors. That way you will not have to wonder and if there is something that catches a prospects eye you can than fix it.
