I am looking to lease a condo in the Atlanta area next spring, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any insiders websites where I can find any before they become available to the general public or how I would go about finding the perfect condo. I don't have $1000 a month to spend so I have to find one with my budget in mind. I'd like to be able to maybe purchase it if I like it as well. Any hints would be great. I've been keeping an eye on Craigslist, but if anyone knows of any other websites like Craigslist, that would be awesome. Also, if I don't see any on websites, do realtors help out with leasing condos, or do they only help out with selling condos? Thanks!

Contact a local Atlanta real estate agent. There are plenty out there that can help you with finding a lease, a lease to own situation, or an outright purchase. A motivated agent will even visit the location, take pictures, etc.

You can find condo listings on www.realtor.com.

Be very careful diving in head first into a condo. I live in one, and it has been nothing but a nightmare.
