I would like to find some information on lifetime rights for real estate. Are there any good legal sites where I can read about it and where would I find a contract that explains the agreements. I live in Ohio.

Ive found a shop but lease ends march 2009. Does the lease then renew can rent rise drematically and catch me out? Ive had a lease before but was 999year lease so never had to worry- that though was on my flat not a commercial property which id imagne all have short leases. Unlikely but what would happen if I left early before the lease ended. I wont own the shop just rent
2nd question
My sister owns her shop but has a lease of 7 years or something if she sells when a lease only has say 2 years less would the shop value go down. She bought it for 80,000 just last year but would like to relocate?
Sorry I dont understand it all!! Please could make it obvious what question you are answering, cat xx

My sister's boyfriend has just sold his house to a developer. He says he doesn't know when he'll get the money as it's up to the buyer, and also he can still pull out. This can't be true, can it? (Isn't in Scotland)

Our house has increased in value almost 75%, and we would like to use that equity for a down payment on another house. Our current house has not sold, and we are under contract to close one month from now, not giving us much time. We don't want to lose this house we have found. What are our options?

I've got a few friends interested in possibly buying a house together. We all know it would save us quite a bit of money on rent, and we live in an expensive city. Does anyone know how to go about purchasing a home with other parties? Do I need to form a company/corporation? Any and all info would be appreciated. Thanks for your time!

the fact that the house I am selling doesnt have new windows...they know this before they even get here, yet still bitchh.
I am not putting in new windows, as this house has had an inside renovation, like new rugs, floors, aplliances, paint and even a new bathroom.
I dont get it.
Besides windows (which I cannot afford to put in) what else will attract a buyer?

I'm intrested in getting into Realestate but I have some questions for anyone whos knowledgable about it. I'm only 18 years old and I've never even seen someone under 23 as a realestate agent so I'm trying to decide maybe I should get some type of degree before I get into realestate school but then theres also the factor that I'm a girl. Do people like to work with female real estate agaents??? It's a career off of 100% commission and if I can't get people to want to work with me becuase I'm young or a girl, how will I start building clientel and word of mouth??? I'm hopping someone can help me out here....

Is it going to reset soon if not already? or how many more months/years till it resets? Is it just going to be a hurdle once it resets or are you going to get slammed by the rate increase? I would like to hear your story/advice/or even your rants. From the deciding factor to signing up for the "suicide" loan till now. Have you refinanced yet? Please let it all out...I would like to know.

My neighbor has 20 animals in her one bedroom apt. Break down is 7 dogs inside crates, numorous cats some in crates others not. Rats, reptiles etc... She cleans the kennels on our shared walk leaving feces in the walk way and flower beds along with fur and garbage. The flies are our of control, the smell is worse! I called the animal control and the management, I also have written management before. They state they will talk to her. Animal control is going out again today to try to get to the animals that have no food or water (one weighs 30 pounds if that) it is a large breed dog! I cannot handle this anymore! I cannot open my windows due to the smell! My house if full of flies! The smell comes into the walls and up through the plumbing. I wrote management about this months ago and they got her to stop storing her garbage bags with litter on her porch but thats it. Plus, when I wanted a dog they told me that my dog was to large and they changed the rules since I moved in? Help us!!
