they told us that if we make less then 30.000 and pay off at least 3 or 4 of our crediters then they would help us to buy a home of our own. is this true or not

This is true, but as well you can check with your local city or county. They most likely have a program like this as well where they donate money to help you purchase the home. This way may lead to less money out of your pocket and less lender fees.

Yes it is true. It is based on two things. One is a formula they use to see debt to income. And second is they take advantage of programs through both Freddie mac, and Fannie may. Which help low income people buy homes.
