or Broke? What are your thoughts and options on this? You think potential borrowers would prefer paperless mortgage over the traditional processing?

Personally, I think it's a great idea, as long as it can be done securely. I imagine there will always have to be a paper copy somewhere, but that doesn't mean the borrower can't fill everything out online, which makes it so much easier.

It's faster to type and have everything be prefilled in for you such as your name into all the forms where it needs to go, then you can concentrate more on understanding the documents you are signing.

No, but identity thieves would. I got my identity stolen doing that crap.
